MIT's customizable AI certificate needs a requirement map

MIT Sloan's current Advanced Certificate for Executives in AI and Digital Business page describes a learner-designed journey rather than a prescribed degree program. The page calls for at least six courses, three from an AI-focused list and three from the Digital Business track, at least 25 Executive Education Units, and at least 10 EEUs completed in person or live online, with up to four years to finish. Free enrollment in the certificate track is only the start. A buyer should reconcile course classification, units, format, schedule, cost, and workplace learning jobs in one requirement map before booking the first component.

MIT Sloan says the ACE-AIDB is not a prescribed degree program and allows participants to design a learning journey around their role, goals, organization, and certificate requirements.

Kellogg's seven-month program needs a participation map

Kellogg's current page lists a seven-month Senior Management Program in AI and Digital Transformation running October 23, 2026 through May 21, 2027 for $28,000. It combines asynchronous modules, live-online work, and a required five-day Evanston immersion, with Emeritus involved in development and delivery. The page also uses different participation and certificate phrases across its schedule, narrative, and FAQ. Before enrollment or sponsorship, a buyer should obtain one authoritative participation map covering every required activity, delivery owner, cost, and completion condition.

Cambridge’s blended program needs a delivery-owner map

Cambridge Judge Business School’s program page, marked version 3 on August 24, lists a four-month blended AI Leadership Programme beginning October 11, with two in-person modules, a live-online module, applied learning, Cambridge faculty direction, and delivery in collaboration with Emeritus. Those facts establish a scheduled offer, not who owns every learner-facing obligation. Before paying, a sponsor should map teaching, support, platform, data, assessment, certificate, cancellation, and transfer responsibilities to the party that will deliver them.

INSEAD's AI for Boards needs a collective-board transfer test

INSEAD currently describes AI for Boards as a small-group, four-day executive-education program for directors, with case analysis, faculty and guest-speaker exchange, practical tools, and guided exercises on strategy, risk, ethics, readiness, and oversight. One director may learn useful concepts, but board authority and effectiveness remain collective. A sponsor should define how an attendee will transfer relevant learning into board and committee work without representing personal course completion as a board decision or governance result.

Berkeley's AI for Executives needs a same-provider program identity check

Berkeley Executive Education currently lists AI for Executives as a three-day, in-person program priced at $6,500, with long campus days and a certificate of completion. Berkeley also offers other AI programs with different names, formats, dates, workloads, and credentials. A sponsor should bind every comparison and approval to the exact program page and cohort so details from the same school are not silently mixed into a false offer.

Columbia's eight-week AI certificate needs a role-to-workload acceptance plan

Columbia's current program page lists eight weeks, an 8–10 hour weekly workload, online delivery, a $5,000 fee, and a certificate of participation. Before funding a seat, the sponsor and participant should map those hours and exercises to one real job, protect confidential work, and agree what observable application would justify the time and non-refundable cost.
